1. What is Chaser & Co. Apparel?

Chaser & Co. Apparel is a lifestyle-driven brand focused on faith, resilience, and personal growth. Our mission is to empower individuals chasing purpose to wear that journey with pride.

2. How long does shipping take?

All products are made to order. Please allow:

  • 2–5 business days for processing and production
  • 3–5 business days after fuilfillment for U.S. shipping
  • 5-10 business days after fulfillment for Canada

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

3. Where do your products ship from?

Orders are shipped from U.S.-based fulfillment centers and global partners, depending on your location and product availability, to ensure faster delivery.

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or size exchanges.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, please email chasercoapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

5. How do I choose the right size?

Size charts are listed on each product page. For a more relaxed fit or streetwear look, consider sizing up. If you have specific sizing questions, feel free to reach out.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders begin processing shortly after they’re placed, so we’re unable to cancel or make changes once an order is confirmed. Please double-check your cart before checking out.

7. Do you offer custom or team orders?

We currently do not offer customization, but for team or group orders, email chasercoapparel@gmail.com and we’ll see how we can help.
